Unawatuna Beach Galle, Sri Lanka 15 September 2011

Unawatuna beach.

En Hui explored tides pools with uncle Sugath.

The coral changed into purplish and greenish when water were splashed on it.

Can you spot the crabs?

Abundance of barnacles.

Beautiful coral.

This coral opened up when filled with water and closed when water subsided.

Another coral.

Frilly coral.

There were few moray eels under the rock.

Sea urchin.

Two of the many scaly-creature-like coral that sticked on the rock.

The rocks that are unaccessible have beautiful and colourful coral on them.

Strong waves that attracted a group of surfers.

Looking for more treasures underlying the rocks.

Cool dip. The sea water is similar to Cherating.

Hui watched as the woman showed off her goods.

Me time with a cup of spice tea.
