Pinwheel 20Baht (RM2) & Mini bottle stuffs with strawberry and heartshape cookies 20Baht from Ampawa floating market. Hui lost the cover of her bottle at Ampawa ! 

Mini booklets 35Baht and 2 dresses 200baht each. They love bare-shoulder dresses and have been asking for one  :)  - from Ayutthaya. 

Flapping froggy 59Baht from Siam Ocean World. En lost its flapping deep sea diver at the entrance of Siam Ocean World. :( 

Rain poncho from Tesco Lotus. 55Baht.

What was I scared off? 28 July 2010

Wednesday bedtime.
Off late, Hui is hooked to Dr Seuss. Tonight I read Ten Tall Tales by Dr.Seuss (Dr Seuss).

When we reached the 6th tales "What was I scared of ?" , she commented "nothing".

As I read, she pointed to the pants with nobody inside & said "Beat it up !"

When we reached this page, she said "I am scared now" and hid behind my arm! :)

En covered the book and told me to stop.

Hui came out & asked "why there is nobody in the pants? Let's check the computer!"

Later on, I asked "if she wish to stop" or 'Shall I continue to read and find out?"

I got the green light to continue and finally reached the end. :)

Hui questioned "why they could say 'Hi' to each other? " I said "They have accepted each other differences" 

The 10th tales, "Yurtle the turtle" made EnHui burst with laughter !

Hui said "Again". I was made to read the 191 pages again.

Anne Frank, diary of a young girl 20 June 2010

Sunday pm.
Border is having a booksale on the ground floor @Ikano. I got this Anne Frank, unabridged audiobook on 5 cassettes for RM5! (u.p. is about RM100).
En love Anne Frank - The Diary of a Young Girl so much. She knows exactly the location of her diary at the playcentre library and loan it again and again.

Thursday afternoon.
Small yi who returned from Bangkok yesterday, dropped by to bring some souvenirs! Besides, she misses EnHui so much. :)

This book is in Thai! but comes with English subtitles. Interesting.
