The entrance fee is RM12 per person with a tour guide and only available at 11am, 130pm and 3pm sharp, for an hour. Not aware of it, we arrived at 10am. They refused entry without a tour guide, even if you pay the entrance fee. As it was another hour away, we walked to the back lane of St Xavier Instituition and found this lovely cafe 'The Secret Garden', for a cuppa and coffee.

And the tour ends at the souvenir shop. No photography is allowed unless you are the guest of the mansion.
