Couple of days ago, when the spring onion sprouted, I noticed one of it (left) has a white long tip instead of the normal green one. I have no idea what it was but wasn't free to spare it a thought. Yesterday, I saw another green tip sprouted near the white long tip onion. Holy cow! You know what! That tip actually belonged to that particular onion and I have planted it upside down! The root grew on top whereas the green tip came up from below ! :) What a joke.
Our vegetables are growing taller and I am still in search of the 'piece of land' to plant them on! Related Post
