Monday 2pm
After dropping dad at work, we headed to USM @ Gelugor. We wanted to visit Tuanku Fauziah museum and gallery @USM. Direction- If you are coming from Jalan Sg Dua, which was where we came from, turn right at first junction upon entering the campus. Go straight. At second roudabout, turn left and follow sign. It was my first time, setting foot on a campus ground. I never knew it could be this huge!
When we arrived, we found out that the museum was closed on a Monday.
Adiwarna Gallery @USM was the next destination. So off we went to view its Absorbing Future Shock: Video, Digital & New Media Art, in conjuction with 1Malaysia Comtemporary Art "Sparkles in Penang" event.
At Adiwarna Gallery. You are invited to leave your drawing on the tray.
Pretty scary. A headless statue with a face that constantly changing. Right- ehm..
Some drawings I admire.
Left- En stumbled upon the white-wooden-chair . I didn't even notice it at all till En asked "hey, what is this chair doing here?" Then we saw its drawn shadow on the floor, with a speech bubble.
Right- Map to Gelugor.
