Harvest Spring Onion 26 March 2010

When we were back from Singapore, EnHui were so delighted seeing their spring onion plant.. ready to be harvested. :)


En took it to the kitchen sink and gave it a good wash!

We eat raw spring onion almost everyday, sprinkle on the soup, porridge or  noodle with soup. Eat not only the green leaves but the white part as well.
