Mynah incubating process August 2012

The female Mynah looking out from the birdhouse. She does most of the incubation.

The Mynah will make sure it is safe before flying into the house.
We saw the head bending to the side of the birdhouse, to check if we are there.

The male Mynah stands guard around the birdhouse most of the time.
In the late evening, he would fly away to the common roosting area, leaving the female alone in the birdhouse.

The Mynah was seen incubating the eggs while looking out from the window! Lovely.
