Mint - Museum of Toys, Singapore 24 December 2012

My kid is curious about what I played when I was a kid and that's how we came to this museum. I have not seen or own many of the toys on display and that was because we hardly have any toys last time.
She wish she could see what I wore and the things I have owned before. How I wish I have kept all my old things.

What an interesting experience it must have been for the girls, seeing all those non-battery operated toys with lead paint and breakable parts! My mother had no toys growing up either, due to poverty, but she played outdoors all the time and was a state athlete! I don't think she felt deprived at all.

Yeah me too. I played outdoor all the time, in the drain, on the field, up a small hill, loitering the streets and no, I don't feel deprived for not having toys. Funny ah?
